uneven projects: Island of Time (part one)
Although this series is a continuation of the parklands project, I am a very different person. Ten years have passed since moving here, a time in which I have become fully embedded within park-time, and no longer feel connected to an imagined past of people and places.
The estate is island of time both in terms of what it represents and through an uncanny sense of disconnectedness to the outside . It is something hard to anchor, it drags at thoughts and resists documentation (started late 2025).
