I have always felt an anxiety over time. At least I think I have. I cannot remember another time - but how far back can I really remember? Time lags in boredom, and shrinks in anxiety as emotions take hold of our consciousness to determine the duration of a time. As such, "we are forever suspended over a time gulf, and cling to the edge of the present".
